Film: Door County, WI

I’m not sure Door County, Wisconsin counts as the Heartland, but I heart this land!

Over the holiday weekend we took a trip to see my family in Wisconsin’s beautiful Door County Peninsula. It was perfect!  Seemingly endless farms, and cherry orchards all along the lake. The weekend was full of family, food, beer, a spectacular parade, boating, fishing, sailing, and Rob even got to try windsurfing! In between the several hundred digital shots I took to document the weekend, I shot with my little plastic Diana, just for fun.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We ended the trip with a visit to the home of our favorite cheeseheads, the Green Bay Packers.
