It’s summer here and the waves have been small.
The small waves are perfect for the small surfers or “Groms” as they are affectionately called…
If there is no swell and it’s not “going off” small waves are still fun for long boarding, riding mats or paipos. I spotted this Wegener paipo at Beacons last week…
And speaking of paipos, this event looks fun 
Waves or no waves, I am enjoying the ocean. It’s summer and it may be crowded, but the water is clear and (relatively) warm!
